general, the balance is payable upon your arrival at the property. However,
the precise payment terms may differ from property to property, so please be sure that payment terms have been clarified before you make the booking. |

booking deposit paid in order to secure a property on stayLjubljana.com
is non-refundable. If you have paid part or all of the balance before your planned arrival date, your balance will be returned, on condition that you cancel at least 14 days prior to the arrival date. If you cancel less than 14 days before the arrival date, you may be subject to a charge, at the property owner's discretion. stayLjubljana.com only lists properties for rent, and is unable to issue refunds for part or all of the initial booking deposit. |

If you do not know the owner's contact details, send your complaint to stayLjubljana.com and this will then be forwarded to the property owner. Resolution of the dispute will take place directly between the property owner and you. Please note, however, we take seriously any complaints regarding properties listed on stayLjubljana.com and would appreciate if you would email us at info@stayLjubljana.com, outlining the nature of your complaint and the property in question. |
